Dr. Nance has been helping patients realize their health potential since 1998. Since 2006, Dr. Nance has been the clinic director of San Tan Chiropractic. As a chiropractic physician with over 25 years of experience, he has performed over 100,000 office visits and is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients though conservative chiropractic care.
Dr. Nance uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best spinal and extremity adjusting techniques, state-of-the-art physiotherapy procedures, and the best natural supplements on the market today, Dr. Nance is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey of good health. We can offer your both hands-on and instrument adjusting, non-force and low-force techniques, to help decrease the pain and improve the function of patients of all ages.
Dr. Nance is also board certified in orthopedics by the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedics, an additional 3 years of training, working with both spinal and extremity conditions.
